Photograph of the week

Each week, I feature a standout photograph, offering a glimpse into my creative process and the inspiration behind the image. This week's photo was taken in South River, Ontario. I am a tree hugger literally and figuratively and one of my favourite trees is the Golden Birch.  The sun had just come out after several days and attempts to capture the golden sheen of the bark.  On the day that I was to leave, the sun and trees delivered.
